We’re looking for heart and strength
We look for caregivers that are experienced in providing the kinds of personal care that we offer to our clients. But our caregivers must first possess a servant’s HEART, and who take seriously the calling to serve.
We’re also open to considering caring people that have the HEART and desire to serve, but may need some specific training for specific aspects for caregiving. We are firm believers of hiring for character and training for skills. If we see potential, we’ll provide the training that will allow you to fill the basic roles of caregiving, such as companionship and personal care assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADL). We’ll also provide ongoing training that will allow for advancement in areas such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Stroke and other serious care conditions.
